Ordering & Customs
Do I need to message you before ordering?
Not required — but if you have a specific theme or want to confirm a design, I’m happy to talk through it with you first.
Can I send in my own shoes/cleats?
Yes! I offer a “send in your own pair” option for many customs. Message me first to make sure your shoe type works for customization.
Production & Turnaround Time
How long does it take to receive my custom shoes?
Turnaround time typically ranges from 3-5 weeks, depending on my current order volume and design complexity. Rush orders may be available — just reach out.
Are all customs handmade?
Yes — every pair is designed, painted, and/or sewn by hand by me. No two pairs are exactly alike.
Shoes & Sizing
Do you provide the base shoes or do I?
Both options are available depending on the listing. Some products include the base shoes, while others allow you to send in your own pair.
What sizes do you offer?
Most designs are available in men’s sizes 7–15. If you need a special size, message me and I’ll see what I can do.
Wear & Durability
Are custom shoes safe to wear or play sports in?
Yes — I use professional paints, sealants, and materials made for real wear. However, customs are art pieces and will naturally show wear over time like any shoe.
Will the paint crack or peel?
With proper prep and materials, customs are very durable. Heavy flexing, dragging toes, and extreme weather can cause natural wear.
How do I care for my custom shoes?
- Avoid machine washing
- Wipe gently with a damp cloth
- Do not use harsh chemicals
- Avoid prolonged soaking or mud
Refunds & Cancellations
Do you accept returns?
Because each pair is made specifically for you, I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may not be canceled once placed. If you need to change your cleat size or design please message me immediately.
Brand & Trademark Notice
Are you affiliated with Nike, Jordan, or other brands?
No. All shoes are customized by hand after purchase. Cole’s Custom Shoes is not affiliated with or endorsed by any brand or artist. Any brand names are used only to describe the base product or inspiration.
